This independent, south-facing gîte is located in a peaceful hamlet, offering a calm setting and all the necessary comforts . Its proximity to Dinan makes it an ideal base for exploring the Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.
Everything is arranged on the ground floor for your convenience : a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a very comfortable sofa bed. You will also find a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet . The two single beds of 80 x 200 can be joined to form a large bed of 160 x 200, ideal for couples. On request, a baby bed can be added.
A 20 m² mezzanine , accessible by a staircase, will accommodate two single beds of 80 x 200, which can also be joined to form a large bed of 160 x 200.
The cottage is equipped with a wood stove , and a basket of wood is included on your arrival. If you wish to take advantage of this option, the additional basket of wood is available at a cost of €15.
Outside: private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
